![]() ![]() I booked a table for 26 people for a stag do dinner at Rodizio Rico and was generally very impressed with the offering! I called several weeks in advance for a Saturday and was helpfully taken through everything in regards to booking over the phone (£10 deposit a head for large parties which was subtracted off the final bill). Overall a poor experience for us.there are plenty of other restaurants to choose from at the O2. Also, my way of thinking is that.if you are serving food or drinks then at least do it with a smile. We ordered 2 drinks at the same time, one came but the other didn’t show so had to ask for them to take off the bill. I’ve been to Preto before and their meat was perfect, steaming hot and fresh and for Rodizio to charge £55 for 2 plates of ‘inedible buffet’ food is a rip off. Most of the beef was like chewing a leather shoe or so rare that the blood squirted all over our table after cutting so had to chase a member of staff to come and clean it up- yuk! I was after some chicken but all we got offered were some dried up chicken wings. beef/ steak! We did however get offered sausages which were pink inside.didn’t eat those. After sitting down with our buffet selection the staff then started coming over with the meats.so we had a variety of beef, topside beef, beef neck, beef sirloin, an odd chicken wing thrown in, more beef and more erm. Not for the faint-hearted, Rodizio Rico requires a hearty appetite and a drumstick-loving disposition.ĭecided to try this for a pre dinner meal before a show but made a very expensive mistake! The best part about this place is the salad selection and even that was pretty average. At Rodizio Rico, no craving is too large. The wine list veers toward big, butch flavours from Chile and Argentina, with some intriguing labels from South Africa, Italy, France, Spain and Portugal. Favourite dishes include the garlic sausages, rump steak, spare ribs and the grilled chicken and pork served at the table on giant sticky skewers. The menu of Brazilian cuisine offers an all-you-can-eat selection of steaks and seafood alongside a buffet-style salad bar. ![]() With modern wood-panelled walls, tiled floors and a humming brasserie-style ambience, Rodizio Rico is a hit with meat-loving locals for non-vegetarian corporate entertaining and cocktails, large parties and family nights out. I found this place ok and 3 star, whereas the others loved it, hence gave it 4 star.Description: Perfect for pre-show meals, Rodizio Rico restaurant at Londons O2 Arena in Greenwich is a bright and buzzy Brazilian churrascaria restaurant famous for its Brazilian steakhouse menu. They added a 10% 'service' charge to the bill, then the girl asked if we wanted to add a tip on top of that too! Other churrascos I've been to also bring around hot pineapple, not this one, just meat Several times the meat man walked away because 1 had their red tab showing- despite there still being 2 green tabs on the table & the others saying yes! ![]() Meat server very difficult to understand Chicken wings were bloody in the centre and undercooked (see pic) Meat skewers came out to some tables, then disappeared before visiting all tables- despite there being meat on them! I know its only a screw top, but they automatically add a 10% 'service' charge to the bill, and this was 'no service'! No attempt to open the bottle and serve it out. Male server brought the wrong wine- not an issue, but when he brought the correct one, he plonked the bottle on the table. 'Hot' items on the salad bar were only luke warm Beef options including the picanha were really chewy, despite only being cooked medium- not tender like I'd expect That is fine, but don't add a service charge! We drank 2 large jugs of water between 3 of us! Most meat was so incredibly salty (other reviews have mentioned this). Sausages and chicken cubes & hearts were really tasty No loud background music or road noise, so able to chat and hear each other Meat server did finally ask at the end if there was meat we wanted All-you-can-eat is good value if you like meat & salads We visited on a Sunday afternoon when it remained only 1/4 full.
